This is one we'll likely not see again. This is the true first edition, first printing of what Richard Owen Roberts called "the most influential revival work ever published."

Good minus copy; cloth and binding faded and handled, but joints and hinges solid. There is an 1844 inscription and a single more recent signature as well. Else clear of markings. Moderately foxed as expected.

Scarce. Roberts records only two extant copies; The Library of Congress and Yale.
