The one-of-a-kind items are vintage so the size on the original tag may not accurately correspond to the actual size of the item. The original tag size is listed, but looking at the measurements is the most accurate way to estimate the fit. All measurements are taken flat, so double where appropriate. For example, a chest measurement of 22" will approximately fit a 44" chest.
