Vintage 1920s black crepe jacket dripping with twenties details.  The jacket is trimmed with art silk inlays around the cuffs and at the back, creating a geometric pattern.  The attached art silk neck tie allows for creativity in styling the jacket - wear it open for a casual look, or tie it up for a night at the opera.

The drop waist silhouette and cuff buttons are indicative of the popularity of menswear elements in women's fashion of the era.  The jacket is crepe-lined in cream, with a hidden pocket, and an oversized Art Deco button at the front.  This jacket exudes the understated, minimalist fashion of its time.

Condition

Very good, with only minor flaws to note.  The most notable is some light separation/fraying at one edge of the art silk inlay on the back (see image).  The cuff buttons and backs of the sleeve show light signs of wear.

The cream lining shows heavier wear with small breaks in the fabric, stress at the seams, and color bleed/breakage at the armpits (not visible during wear, see images).
