When rebuilding Honda engines it can be an advantage to re-balance the crankshaft. This can be for a few reasons and the benefits are excellent. A properly balanced crankshaft or rotating mass will make your engine run smoother and cause less wear on critical parts.Some Honda crankshafts are balanced better than others when leaving the factory , this is mainly due to the nature of the engine in which the crankshaft will be installed i.e the B18c Type-r crankshaft is very well balanced from factory , where as the B20 crankshaft will be a little less balanced. 

We are able to balance the following parts together during the balancing process - 

* Crankshaft 
* Flywheel 
* Clutch pressure plate 

We require a full set of good quality flywheel and clutch pressure plate bolts when the parts are being dropped with us.
