From British breed cattle raised under Tasmania’s clean skies, these steaks are 100% grass fed, antibiotic- and hormone-free, and Certified Humane through the Greenham Never Ever program.

Cook quickly over high heat and rest before slicing for maximum juiciness.

Slice sizes are as follows:  

• Medium ~ 22mm/300g +/- 5%
• Thick ~ 30mm/400g +/- 5%
