A: For Russia: ship from China takes 20-25 days. For majority Europe country and USA, we have fast delivery method takes 15-20 days. For other countries, Because the Gross weight of Mocha is 2.2kg/piece. which is beyond small package limit. so sometimes we will ship by DHL/UPS/Aramex freely directly. everytime, we will send message for confirm. if you can't accept it, pls write to us firstly. thanks for understanding.

A : Generally speaking, it lasts for 25 hours with 30% volume. but it also depends on the content and volume you playing.

Does it support TwS function?

A: Yes, Divoom Mocha support TWS function, Divoom TWS technology is also supported on other Divoom speakers.

What's the difference between Divoom Pro and Mocha?

Q:What's the warranty term?

A: Divoom offers 12 month warranty. if you item is broken for objective reasons within warranty. Divoom will ship a new one to you as replacement.
