Original vintage 1980s black velvet and polka dot illusion blouse.

This elegant 1940s inspired top is cut with sheer chiffon shoulders and neckline flocked with polka dots, leading to a sweetheart velvet bodice. The bodice fastens with covered buttons down the centre and it fitted to the hips. Shaped at the hem in a waistcoat style. Unlined.

Gorgeous tucked into full skirts or high waisted trousers.
