Description - Home sewn prairie dress that looks very Gunne Sax style.  I know they made patterns so I wonder if this could have been one they offered.  If not it's definitely inspired by their dresses. It is high waisted with an attached tie belt. It zips up the back.  It is made from a sheer fabric.  It's entirely lined except for the sleeves.

Condition - I don't see any flaws other than some faint discoloration on the lining that I didn't notice until I was measuring. It doesn't show through.
