Description - Olive green high waisted slim pants from the 60s with a stirrup hem. I found an ad from 1964 for these exact pants.  They zip up the front and the waist secures with a hook and bar. The fabric has vertical stretch but not much horizontal stretch. There are tabs on the waist band to adjust it a bit smaller if needed.
