Pigpen Designs, a Seattle based tee shirt and club wear brand, was founded in 1995 by 40-year-old chemist Gary Phillip. The brand marketed heavily to the local rave and skate scene, carrying experimental clothing such as a piece described in a 1997 Los Angeles Times article as "wide-legged blue camouflage trousers teamed with a camouflage belt and toy soldiers inside the plastic-covered accessory."
This zip up top is an excellent example of 90s experimental rave wear with a cut out vinyl star that allows for some peak-a-boob-age.
Materials: Vinyl
Condition: Overall good shape. The blue vinyl is soft and flexible - its backed with fabric, so there are a few scattered holes. This is to be expected for age and the fabric type. There is also a black mark along the white back collar. Overall presents well.
Estimated modern size: Marked a size small.
Measurements (all measured flat):
Shoulder: 15.5 in
Chest: 17 in
Length: 22 in
