A stunning couture gown by Portia and Scarlett, style PS23666 is a one-of-a-king full length gown made of high quality velvet. The dress features a one-shoulder strap with pleated fabric and a slight V bodice. The opposite side of the bodice features a crystal applique throughout the top of the dress, and falls down the skirt. The dress has a high split on one side and a pleated peplum side train. The gown features an over-sized attached train in the back of the dress, making it complete for your next event!
