After some motivation from some rally customers we decided to manufacture a Civic EG/EK  fan shroud using a high quality electric fan... the results are excellent. The fan shroud is manufactured in 3mm aluminium , CNC bent and covered in black powder coat.The fan is mounted used studs which are pressed into the shroud from the rear but keeping the plate flat as to protect the radiator fins. The fan is a 12" Panasonic fan which has a very strong exterior frame and is extremely high quality. The shroud has 2 main purposes ...1 is to increase the surface area that the fan will pull air through the radiator and 2 is to allow proper mounting of the fan (not on pull through plastic ties). 

*Please note the shroud and fan kit fits our Iconic EG/EK B16 alloy radiator , we have also tested it on an OEM Nissen radiator for the same model car. Depending if your radiator manufacturer was accurate when placing the original fan mounting holes then our shroud will be direct fit or if not it will require modifications. If you want to be sure of a 100% fit please buy our alloy radiator and fan shroud combo.
