The 6S 20A BMS (Battery Management System) Protection Board is designed for 6-cell (6S) 18650 Li-ion battery packs configured in series, offering a total nominal voltage of 22.2V and a maximum fully charged voltage of 25.2V (4.2V × 6). This BMS provides essential protection features to prevent battery damage, enhance lifespan, and ensure safe usage.
It offers built-in overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, overcurrent protection, and short circuit protection. With a maximum continuous discharge current of 20A, it's well-suited for medium-load applications such as electric bicycles, scooters, power tools, solar battery systems, and DIY energy storage setups.
The board includes a balance function, which equalizes the voltage of all 6 cells during charging to prevent overcharging of individual cells and maintain long-term performance.
