The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool Boring Bar is a precision solid carbide bar designed for tight-bore work and fine turning. With a minimum diameter of 0.3 mm and a reach of 1.2 mm in a left-hand R0 geometry, it delivers accurate, repeatable cuts in confined spaces.

Two coating grades tailor the tool to different materials and speeds: the BXC grade uses a PVD TiN coating optimized for low cutting speeds and is well suited to a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30–P50 / K25–K40). The BMK grade features a sub-micron structure with an advanced PVD triple coating for exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting across materials.
