About the Act of Kindness

Act of kindness believes that much-desired changes can come about through simple acts, the simple act endorsed with compassion and kind-heartedness bringing a lasting and rippling effect all round. IN the midst of prevalent capriciousness and lack of responsibility among many, we the Act of Kindness forsee changes in the City based on Principles of Christianity. Instead of aggravating and continuing the blame game we chose to see ourselves as a blessing and are convinced that we can be the vanguards of the much sought after change in simple ways and act of kindness for the community and denizens of Dimapur City.

Our projects include emphasis on dignity of labor - by repairing potholes ensuring a smoother ride for Dimapur. Though not on a continuous basis but as time and resources permit us.

Care and support for the lesser privileged   - by visiting and assisting sections of our society that may need our help.

Providing a platform for the artists in our society - by inviting artists of various genres to get together, showcase their creations and just celebrating art in all forms. Magnum Opus, held in October every year.

We also lend a helping hand - by taking up projects that benefit various segments of our society. We take up projects and on completion make the beneficiaries the stake holders.
