Key Ingredients

• Berberis: addresses acute and undetermined pain in the loins and helps with acid urine
• Calcium phosphoricum: helps address weakness in neck and spinal muscles, deformed bones, and rheumatic conditions that worsen in damp weather
• Causticum Hahnemanni: relieves loin pain especially when attempting to get up, painful neck stiffness, and neuralgic discomfort in rigid joints
• Rhododendron: targets rheumatism of small joints, particularly when symptoms worsen before thunderstorms and rainy weather
• Rhus toxicodendron: helps with pain from dislocation and feeling of being crushed, consequences of getting drenched, weakness and rigidity in joints, and symptoms that worsen at night or in cold damp conditions but improve with warmth and movement

Directions for Use

• For acute pain such as lumbago or sciatica, take 10 drops in water every 30 minutes to 2 hours as needed
• Once improvement begins, usually within 1 to 2 days, reduce to 10 drops every 1 to 2 hours, then continue with 10 to 15 drops three times daily for some time to prevent relapse
• For chronic muscle and joint rheumatism, spondylarthritis, and spondylosis, take 10 to 15 drops in water 2 to 3 times daily until improvement occurs, then continue with 10 to 15 drops once or twice daily for a longer period

• For acute rheumatic polyarthritis, also use R1 and R6
• For intervertebral disc prolapse with sciatica, use R71 frequently and in alternation
• For intercostal neuralgia, additionally use R69

• For acute rheumatism of joints, see R1 and R24
• For rheumatism affecting shoulders, arms, and hands, see R46
• If osteoporosis accompanies the condition, R34 is recommended as an additional remedy
