Built around a para-aramid fiber core with an exceptionally high melting point of 450°C (842°F), the Black Mamba delivers outstanding performance while maintaining a lightweight, low-profile design that is easy to carry on a harness or store in a pocket.

Encased in a durable polyester elastane sheath, the Black Mamba provides excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts, cuts, fire, and harsh environmental conditions. Its firm yet flexible construction allows it to maintain shape when wrapping around structures or accessing difficult anchor points. With a 49 kN (11,016 lbf) minimum breaking strength and certification for two-person loads, the Black Mamba Sling offers exceptional versatility for anchor building and rigging applications in rescue and access operations.

Important Usage Information

• Texora recommends connecting slings using approved carabiners rather than tying knots
• Knots or tying two Black Mamba Slings together are not approved and significantly reduce strength
• Choker (girth hitch) configurations are permitted in accordance with the product manual
• Appropriate edge protection should always be used to protect the sling and extend service life
