It’s hard to imagine a dry riesling more mineral than this staggeringly pure and precise masterpiece. Still very closed on the nose, but if you make wines for the ages, then that’s how it can end up at this very early stage of the never-ending story. And this fabulous structure is wrapped in a giant cloak of perfectly ripe stone fruit. Super-long finish with off-the-scale wet stone minerality. From organically grown grapes.
