For sale here is a very scarce Bellinger 4" Spey Fly Reel with bronze rims. I've been told Al made three of these bronze-flange reels and kept two for himself. The reel is set up for left hand retrieve. ~4" diameter, ~1 3/8" spool width, weight 14 5/8 oz. The reel has a beautiful traditional look, featuring unique bronze flanges, aluminum spool, "S" handle and foot, stainless pillars, delrin sideplates, german silver oil cap, handle cap & screw, and counterbalance. The reel has a strong non-adjustable click (it is convertible from LHW to RHW). Comes with its original velveteen pouch. The reel remains in near mint condition with very slight handling marks to the delrin backplate. There are no marks/dings to the bronze rims. The reel foot also doesn't show any marks.
