Subtle if still easily perceptible wood is present on the aromas of ripe citrus including a hint of orange peel, mineral reduction, petrol and freshly sliced apple. The rich, powerful and slightly finer, if not quite as concentrated, medium weight flavors flash an equally prominent bead of minerality on the balanced and impressively long finish that is presently also quite tightly wound. This is also packed with development potential and is a wine that should amply repay a decade or so of cellaring.
