A dry winter marked the beginning of the 2015 vintage, followed by a very welcome rainy season in March and a surge of heat towards harvest, resulting in low yields of rich and concentrated fruit. This is best paired with lamb osso buco with root vegetables. It displays perfumed and flamboyant tones of fresh lilacs and violets with a ferrous undertone and coconut hints. It's a juicy and bloody wine with muscular tannins.
