The MOVA 1550 nm Miniature Manual Variable Attenuator is built epoxy-free in optical path.which enhances high power handling capability. It operates by manually moving a shading element into optical path. The shading element can be integrating adjusted to get any attenuation value in a range. MOVA features low access loss, good resolution, high stability and reliability. It  applies pre-emphasis attenuation, transmitter power controller, in-line power equalization, and amplifier power control etc.
