WHITE TEA WITH KRISHNA TULSI & RAMA TULSI (Ocimum tenuiflorum & O. sanctum): Tulsi is an ancient herb used extensively in Ayurveda for it's healing properties. A hot cup of this tea will serve as an excellent stress buster that will relieve all your nerves from anxiety and tension. It is known to be effective against common flu, sinus, cough, headaches, stomach upsets, and can also act as a mosquito repellent.

INGREDIENTS: White tea with Krishna tulsi and Rama tulsi

~BREWING DIRECTIONS~

1. Bring 200-250ml water to boil (35*C-90*C)
2. Put 2g of tea in a cup
3. Cover and brew for 3-5 min

NOTE: 2g of tea can be rebrewed upto 3 times

Tips for rebrewing tea: With every rebrewing, add 1-2 minutes to the original brewing time.
