Installation Pro-Tips

• Bonding is Mandatory: For gasoline installations, you must connect a green 8AWG or 10AWG wire from the bonding screw on the fill to your boat's common ground/tank bonding system to safely bleed off static electricity.

• Hose Clamps: Use two (2) 316 stainless steel hose clamps on the 1-1/2" hose barb to meet USCG and ABYC safety standards for fuel systems.

• Bedding: Use a high-quality marine sealant like 3M 4000UV or Life-Calk under the flange to prevent water from seeping into your deck core or fuel tank.
