Shipping: The Paradise Falls is shipped Pre-installed on a large oversized crate. Customer is required to have a Forklift onsite to unload the Oversized Large Crate form the Freight truck.  is that requires a forklift to unload. Shipping to Commercial Delivery Dock is recommended 

Manufacturing Lead Time:  This is a Made-To-Order item, manufactured in the color specified on your order. Manufacturing Lead time is approx 4-5 weeks.
