Suggested Usage

For external use only — always dilute before applying to skin:

• Diffuser: add 5 to 7 drops to a diffuser filled with water
• Massage: dilute 15 drops in 50ml of carrier oil (such as argan, olive or coconut)
• Topical use: mix 2 to 3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil
• Never apply undiluted directly to skin
