XROS 6 Key Features

1800mAh Battery + 3A Fast Charging

The XROS 6 steps up from the XROS 5's 1500mAh to a 1800mAh battery, rated by Vaporesso for up to 5 days of use on a full charge. The 3A USB-C charging reaches roughly 50% in 10 minutes, so a short break is enough to restore a significant amount of battery. For daily pod users, the larger capacity means fewer charges through the week.

VENTURI Airflow

The XROS 6 introduces VENTURI Airflow, an airflow system based on fluid dynamics principles that reduces draw resistance and turbulence noise. The result is a quieter, smoother inhale than standard airflow designs. A side slider adjusts draw tightness from a tight MTL style to a looser draw, the same as the XROS 5, with the additional VENTURI optimization applied to the airflow path itself.

60s Smart Prime

When a new pod is filled, the XROS 6 can run a Smart Prime sequence: hold the fire button for 3 seconds and the device runs a guided 60 second coil saturation. This wicks the coil properly before the first puff and reduces the chance of a dry hit when starting a fresh pod. It's a practical addition for vapers who swap pods frequently.

SSS 2.0 Leak Resistance

The XROS 6 upgrades the XROS 5's SSS leak resistance to SSS 2.0, which adds a double sealed pod structure and a larger reservoir area, rated at 45% better sealed storage than the previous version. For vapers who carry their device in a bag or pocket, the improved sealing reduces the risk of leaks in transit.

COREX 3.0 Coils

Both included pods use COREX 3.0, Vaporesso's current coil platform built on a Hive Mesh structure with Nano-Microfiber wicking and aerospace grade cotton. The full XROS pod range (0.4Ω to 1.2Ω) is compatible with the XROS 6, and all XROS pods have been upgraded to COREX 3.0 for the current generation.

The XROS 6 uses the standard XROS pod platform, so existing XROS replacement pods work without changes. Five resistances are available: 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω, and 1.2Ω, all upgraded to COREX 3.0 in the current generation. Canadian versions hold 2mL.
