D44 cross over (passenger's side), 1" tall.  This steering arm will lift the tie rod 1" from the top of the flat top knuckle, and has 4 holes for HD knuckles.  The 4th hole is designed to be used with knuckles that have the 4th hole.  If your knuckle has 3 holes, get the steering arm with 3 holes (search PM008R).  There's no reason to have a HOLE in your steering arm unless there's a stud to go in there!  Works great in cross over applications, or if you have a set knuckle set we offer both arms in our high steer section.
