Dana 60, Axle Shaft U-Joint, CTM

Quite possibly the best u-joint on the planet.  This unit is made from a solid 300M cross, and incorporates special bushings instead of needle bearings.  Eliminating the needle bearings allows the cross to be that much larger, and the cross it self has just enough space to install it.  The result is a much larger u-joint, made from a stronger material, and nearly impossible to break.  The special bushing has proven not to gall.  Rebuild kits are offered, and IF you need to rebuild them years later, you can for a much lower cost.  You 'll want to run chromoly axle shafts in conjunction with this u-joint to achieve the maximum potential.  Additionally, stock shafts won't allow the usage of the full circle clips that are included in the kit.

These u-joints are sold individually!  Each one comes with: 4 caps with bushings installed, O-rings to seal out debris, 4 grease zerk fittings, 4 grease zerk plugs, 4 full circle clips, and detailed instructions (they're also loaded into the images gallery here).   "Why detailed instructions?"  The simple answer is that these are designed and built to be as strong as possible.  You need to install them in a certain order due to the huge cross.  No extra work, just needs to be done in the correct order ;)

These units are nearly impossible to break, and if you do, we'll send you another one free of charge.  You MUST provide the broken parts, so be sure to find the 4 caps and the cross.  The axle shaft probably broke, and spit out the CTM.  The CTM will be 100% intact, but you'll have to replace some shafts.
