Only the best plots within Los Bancales are used for the Selección de Añada, from a very good clone with very small clusters and high quality. Fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation on only the finest lees for approximately 38 months, then 5 more years in stainless-steel tanks and finally in the bottle until its release to the market, 10 years from the harvest. 18,000 bottles produced.Tasted blind. Very appealing, kerosene touch, complex, tasty and intense. Very attractive. Broad, and somehow reminds me of old Riesling. A wonder with nerve and glycerine texture.
