Anandamide means ‘bliss’ in Sanskrit, and lends itself to supporting a more balanced, resilient mood. Hemp seems to work synergistically with anandamide, supporting endogenous anandamide levels by inhibiting the enzyme that degrades the “bliss molecule.”
