Tendo Mokko 天童木工創立於1940年日本山形縣天童市，以純熟優異的 Plywood 壓模夾板技術，引領日本木製家具的龍頭，其知名度遍及全世界，在歐洲也具有相當知名度。絕對是日本首屈一指的傢俬品牌，連日本皇室都指定使用，因此有日本皇家御用品牌之稱。

天童木工透過對木材的熱情與大自然環境的用心與尊重，不僅工藝精湛，設計貼心符合人體工學，以人性的設計作出發點。自早期便與日本國內、外多位設計大師合作，作品屢見於世界各大博物館，如果大家細心，也會留意到在香港M+博物館內也有珍藏展出。
