For sale here is a gorgeous Thomas & Thomas "Montana" bamboo rod -- 7'6 2/2 for a 5wt. Rod is in excellent condition. All rod sections are full length and straight. T&T logo on top of female ferrule. Blued cap and knurled ring over walnut spacer. Translucent clear wraps tipped chestnut. Brilliantly crafted swelled butt section. Serial #3509 which I think dates the rod in the mid to late 70's. Includes original cloth bag with stiffener and original un-labeled aluminum tube. One tip top appears to be coming loose, but it's not. It could however be a replacement. There is no evidence of a repair on this tip though. Rod weighs 4 1/8 oz.
