For sale here is a Leonard Hunt Model 49-5 bamboo rod -- 7 1/2 feet, 3/2, for a 5 weight line. Serial number 210 from the Larry Foster era. All sections are full length and straight. Oxidized nickel silver fittings. Original rose Gudebrod silks. Ferrules are 17/64 and 11/64. Very nice medium fast action. Original tube and possibly an original bag but I can't be certain. Excellent+ condition. The rod weighs 4 1/4 oz.

This rod comes from the estate of Charlie Robinson from Pennsylvania, who apprenticed under Tom Maxwell late in Tom's life and ended up with many rods such as this one from Tom's personal collection. We will be selling other rods from the Robinson family as well and you can find a link to them here.
