Nagas are a people that intrigue the mind of the scholarly and non-scholarly alike. Naga inhabited areas are considered a paradise, unexplored, for social researchers. Many studies have been conducted on various aspects by both scholars from within and without. However; it is often biased on both ends. The present scholarly book entitled "Tapestry" is an attempt to study one's issues dealt are mostly on education while others deals with the issues and problems faced by the contemporary Naga society. A culmination of articles from a Seminar in 2009, organized by Japfu Christian College, as also materials contributed by the faculty of the same college saw the fruittion of "Tapestry" in the present book form.
