Details: This minimal and beautiful 14k Deco locket has perfect geometric blue and white enamel details in an off-set square.  it is a wonderful example of the clean, sleek sensibilities of the thoroughly modern 1920's. The locket has a high polish finish and opens to reveal room for two photos or other mementos with vintage blue fabric as the place holder. 

The locking mechanism and hinge were cleanly hand-made and crisp. The back is clean, allowing for a personalized engraving to be added should you choose. This locket with it's clean, modern look is terrific on it's own but works equally well to add interest to a layered situation.  

Beautiful, clean lockets such as this one are becoming increasingly difficult to find, but we just adore them and are always on the hunt. The rare skill needed to fabricate a custom hinge and delicate closure are rarely seen today. Lockets were quite popular for expressing one's sentimental feelings during the Victorian - the Deco eras and we feel this tradition should be carried on.  

Measurements: The locket is just over 1" from corner to corner, and drops 1.4" from the bail. It weighs 6.1 grams
