Beeswax, Soap & Fireside Making
Step into a slower pace with this hands-on cottage core workshop, inspired by traditional home-making and practical skills, many of which are lost to convenience. Designed for those who love slow living, fireside rituals, and making things that are meant to be used, not just admired.
During this immersive workshop, you’ll create a collection of natural, useful home products using beeswax and simple ingredients. You’ll make a food-safe beeswax wood butter for chopping boards and wooden utensils, a beeswax furniture polish for restoring tired surfaces, and pine cone firelighters for cosy evenings by the fire.
You’ll also make a homemade castor dish soap, gentle, practical, and traditionally used for everyday cleaning, along with a scented beeswax wardrobe charm designed to hang in drawers or wardrobes to help keep clothes fresh and deter moths naturally.
The workshop is relaxed and unhurried, with warm tea, calm guidance, and plenty of time to work with your hands. Everything is provided, and no previous experience is needed. You’ll leave with all of your finished items, ready to use at home or gift.
