The 2016 Dimchurch Shiraz leads with pomegranate molasses, kicked earth, dark chocolate and aniseed, salted licorice and roasted meat crust. In the mouth, the wine has all of these things, with smoked peat and lichen, black peppercorns and black fruit. Full turbo mode here, but it does it well. Sealed under cork.
