The rod was made with a wet tip and a dry tip as noted on the bamboo on each tip. Nickel silver cap with aluminum downlocking ring over cork, Ritz/cigar grip, brown silks with decorative accents. Lettered in PHY's handwriting on three flats, First flat: "Herb Watson" Howell Mich. Second flat: "Parabolic 15" 8' - 4.21 oz. Third flat: Bamboo wt. 2.83 oz. The ferrule size is 15/64 ​and the ​ferrule fit is perfect. Strong medium fast parabolic action for a 5 or 6 weight line. Comes with its original tube and replacement bag.
