The Tune Yards have released their fifth album in three years! After the critically acclaimed previous album and the production of the soundtrack for Boots Riley's comedy film, Tune Yards is an album that was made while facing the pathologies and hardships of the modern world, where one's music career is at its peak and one is unknowingly part of a system that one does not agree with. The film was made in the midst of a musical career that was at its peak. Inspired by books by the Beastie Boys and Questlove, he spent hours jamming like an athlete in his home rehearsal studio to complete this album. The album contains a total of 11 tracks, including the opener "nowhere, man," with its shuffle beat and various sound lumps dancing on it, and "hold yourself," a hymn to humanity sung while leaking a thick groove from within the chill mood.The album is a pop album that incorporates a horn section and a jazz/blues feel while maintaining a colorful pop sound and ironic lyrics. The Japanese CD version of this album will include a bilingual lyrics and commentary, and will also include an additional bonus track. This product will be available for sale on Friday and will be released simultaneously worldwide, so it will be delivered on or after the release date.
