Measuring 8.5" x 4.5" and weighing 4 oz, it gives you a dedicated, fast-access medical storage solution without adding meaningful bulk to your loadout. Compatibility with parent armor and gear

The LB IFAK attaches to any MOLLE/PALS-compatible surface using the included MALICE CLIPS, which thread through the laser-cut Hypalon loop field on the mounting base. This makes it compatible with plate carriers, chest rigs, bags, and battle belts that feature standard MOLLE webbing. For belt carry, the pouch is sized to sit in the small of the back without interfering with holsters or side pouches.

Note that due to the volume of the LB IFAK pouch, not all items included in the AR IFAK Refill V2 kit will fit inside — plan your loadout accordingly, or contact us if you have questions about pairing options.
